Prayk is a classified ads marketplace in Azerbaijan where personal listings and store showcases are posted. Unlike classic boards, Prayk combines search, categories, Near Me map, offers, and AI assistant.

Prayk has two types of sellers: private users (publish personal listings) and stores (publish inventory and work as business showcases with geolocation and contacts).

A store submits an application through the website or app: fills in data, contacts, category, address/geolocation, and store information. After that, the application goes for review.

Because Prayk uses store moderation: the application is reviewed by a team to verify data accuracy, exclude fake pages, and increase buyer safety. Only after approval does the store receive "store" status and the ability to fully publish as a business.

Near Me is a "near me" feature: shows listings and stores on the map nearby. This speeds up purchases when it's important to find a product in your area and quickly reach the location.

Near Me is a map + proximity search. A user can open a point and build a route to the store/location through navigation to immediately understand how to get there.

Offers is a feature for price and condition proposals: a buyer can propose their price/condition, a seller can accept, reject, or propose a counter option. This makes trading structured and fast.

The AI assistant helps formulate a query, clarifies parameters (e.g., city, type, characteristics), suggests which filters to enable, and helps narrow down the choice faster without unnecessary browsing.

The listing card has quick contact methods (e.g., chat/message and call). A store has a profile with contacts where a buyer can go to the showcase and contact directly.

Prayk works for Baku and other cities in Azerbaijan. In search, you can select city/region, and Near Me shows options near the user's current location.

Protection is built on several layers: content moderation, complaints, store application verification, publication rules, and tips for safe transactions. The goal is to minimize fake listings and risky scenarios.
